Withdrawal
Consumers normally have 14 days after a distance purchase to withdraw. For digital content delivered immediately, the withdrawal right ends only when delivery begins after express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of that right and the required confirmation on a durable medium. Accepting terms or paying alone does not remove it.
For delivery after the withdrawal period, contact us before ordering. Withdraw by sending an unambiguous statement; using the model withdrawal form is optional. Applicable extensions and mandatory rights remain intact. Business purchases do not carry a statutory consumer cooling-off period.
Defects and delivery issues
If the product is defective, does not meet the agreement or was not delivered, contact support with your PayPal reference and a description. Consumers retain rights to free remedies and, where applicable, price reduction, termination and repayment even after losing a withdrawal right.
Request a refund or withdrawal
Email support with your purchase email, PayPal order/transaction reference, product and request. Do not include your private download code or payment password. For a valid withdrawal, received payments are repaid within 14 days of the notice, using the same payment method unless a free alternative is agreed.
A full cancellation/refund or reversed payment disables future downloads. A partial refund does not automatically cancel the license. Stop using the cancelled licensed copy as required. Download links expiring by themselves never cancel your purchased use right.
