Seller details are loading.
1. Your purchase
Each purchase licenses one named developer to use the chosen product in personal and commercial projects under its Commercial Developer License. Each extra developer needs a separate seat. Each product costs €29 once, including applicable VAT for consumers. There is no subscription or mandatory paid follow-on service.
NOIFEX includes text and image framework source, documentation, tests and configurations. CLAUSTO includes framework source, documentation, tests, five CTF challenges and API v1. Hardware, hosting, external models, datasets, third-party content and service fees are separate. General framework redistribution is not included.
2. Digital delivery
The agreement is confirmed after verified payment. The purchase email includes your private download code, product, price and update period. Download with your purchase email and code at My downloads. A broken or expired short-lived download link does not end your purchased use right: make another link or contact support.
Downloaded software needs no online license activation. See the product pages and supplied installation/platform documentation for system requirements and verification limits.
3. Version access and updates
Use of the purchased version is perpetual. Published updates within the purchased major version (1.x for release 1.0.0) are included during the first 12 calendar months after confirmed purchase. Your purchased version and releases published within your eligible window remain downloadable afterward. Major upgrades, new features and future platform support are not promised.
Necessary security and conformity updates are provided for the period required by applicable law; those rights are not limited to 12 months. Documentation and defect reporting are included. Personal installation, custom training/challenges, managed hosting and guaranteed response times are not included.
4. Consumer withdrawal and refunds
Consumers ordinarily have 14 days after conclusion of a distance contract to withdraw. At checkout, immediate digital delivery requires your express consent to delivery within that period and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right ends once performance begins and the required confirmation is provided on a durable medium. Neither payment nor accepting general terms alone is enough.
To arrange delivery after the withdrawal period, contact support before ordering. You can withdraw with an unambiguous statement or the model withdrawal form. The form is optional. Applicable statutory extensions and rights remain unaffected. See the refund policy.
5. Defects and support
Consumers retain statutory rights for defective or undelivered digital content, including free remedies and, where applicable, price reduction or cancellation and repayment. A lost withdrawal right does not remove those rights. Report issues with your order reference, environment and a description. Do not send passwords, access codes, confidential datasets or challenge secrets.
After a full cancellation/refund or reversed payment, future download access is revoked. A partial refund does not automatically cancel the license. Disputed transactions may require support review. A refund does not remotely uninstall your software; cease using a cancelled licensed copy as applicable.
6. Rights, privacy and applicable law
Third-party components, datasets, models and images keep their own terms. You are responsible for rights to your inputs and authorized operation of training or CTF environments. See Privacy for purchase, payment, email and optional analytics processing.
Dutch law applies with mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights from the consumer's habitual residence preserved. Liability and remedies follow applicable law. Later changes do not retrospectively reduce purchased rights. Mandatory law takes precedence.
