Contact support with your purchase email and PayPal order reference. Your purchase can be verified and migrated to a new download code without starting a new update period.
Can I renew my update period?
There is no automatic renewal. Optional updates beyond your included period need a separate purchase or agreement; your purchased version and eligible releases remain available.
